Pre-Order and Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Information

All of our breads are available through pre-orders. Each type is listed on our webshop with a fixed stock quantity, which is determined by our planned baking schedule. Every two weeks, we update the bread menu with new varieties.

We bake twice a week, with each baking session lasting two days. On the first day (Monday or Wednesday), we prepare the dough, and on the second day (Tuesday or Thursday), we bake. After baking, the breads are packaged and shipped, ensuring they are freshly baked on the shipping day. We partner with DHL for shipping, and packages are typically delivered the next business day.

The weekly menu with full stock will be accessible for viewing and ordering on the webshop by Saturday evening, 2 weeks prior to baking. Orders will be accepted until either all stock is sold out or until Thursday of the next week. Depending on when the orders are placed, the breads will be baked and shipped either on Tuesday or Thursday.

Shipping Policy

We partner with DHL for shipping in the Netherlands, and packages are typically delivered the next business day.

Update on 08-03-2025: we offer the option for home delivery and local service point pick-up. Local service point pick-up is recommended to avoid any delays caused by the recipient being unavailable or the courier being unable to locate the delivery address after the package is out for delivery by the local courier.

In the case that you choose the home address delivery, please note that automatically you acknowledge that ShyDough is not responsible for any delays caused by the above-mentioned reasons.

Shipping fee per order is €4,99. Evening-only delivery is possible with shipping fee of €5,99.

We offer free shipping for all orders over €60.
